Create an Adorable Easter Craft for Your Bulletin Board

Spring is in the air, and that means Easter is just around the corner. If you're looking for a fun activity to do with your kids or students, why not create an Easter craft that will not only get your kids excited about the holiday but also have them practice their cutting and gluing skills? In this step-by-step guide, we'll show you how to make an adorable Easter craft for your bulletin board that will bring joy to everyone who sees it. Plus, we've included easy-to-prep templates, making this project fun and stress-free for parents and teachers alike.

First, you'll need to gather your materials. For this Easter craft, you'll need brown construction paper, scissors, glue sticks, and these craft templates. You can print the templates out on colored paper or on white paper and have your students color each piece. Once you have all your materials, it's time to get started.

Step 1: Cut out the templates. There are seven parts: the bottom of the basket, the handle, the bow, the name ribbon, and three Easter eggs.

Step 2: Have your child or students write their name on the name ribbon and glue it to the basket.

Step 3: Your students will decorate their eggs. I've printed these on white cardstock and had my own children paint them with watercolors. They turned out so cute!

Step 4: Glue the eggs to the back of the basket and then attach the handle.

Step 5: Add the bow to the front of the basket. You can use the bow provided or a real ribbon. I made bows out of tulle which looked lovely.

Creating Easter crafts with your kids is a fun and easy way to celebrate the holiday while teaching them new skills. Plus, a cute and colorful craft can brighten up your bulletin board and give your kids a sense of pride in their work. With our step-by-step guide and easy-to-prep templates, you'll have everything you need to create a fun and festive Easter basket craft with your kids. So why not give it a try?
